Payments & Payouts Policy

1. Overview

CreatorClub.ai operates exclusively using stable coins — USDT (Tether) and USDC (USD Coin) — for all payments and payouts.
This ensures instant global transactions, lower fees, and financial stability for creators and fans.
No other cryptocurrency or fiat currency is currently accepted.

2. Accepted Currencies and Networks

Supported Tokens:

  • USDT (Tether)

  • USDC (USD Coin)

Supported Networks:

  • Base (USDC)

  • Polygon (USDC)

  • TRON TRC20 (USDT)

  • Solana (USDT/USDC)

CreatorClub.ai may expand to additional networks in the future as needed.

3. Payments (Fans → Platform)

  1. All payments for subscriptions, tips, and content are made in USDT or USDC.

  2. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways

  3. Fans will receive a hosted checkout page with a unique wallet address and QR code for each transaction.

  4. Payment must be completed within the given time window and for the exact amount shown to ensure confirmation.

  5. Transactions are final once confirmed on the blockchain — refunds are only issued in exceptional, verified cases.

  6. Off-platform payments (e.g., direct wallet transfers, PayPal, CashApp, etc.) are strictly prohibited for safety and compliance reasons.

4. Payouts (Platform → Creators)

  1. Creator earnings are withdrawn in USDT or USDC only.

  2. Supported payout methods:

    • NOWPayments Mass Payouts

    • Direct on-chain transfers to verified wallet addresses

  3. Payout frequency options:

    • Weekly (default)

    • On-demand (subject to review)

  4. All payouts are subject to:

    • KYC verification (Know Your Customer)

    • Escrow review periods for compliance and fraud prevention

  5. CreatorClub.ai is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses.
    Always double-check your wallet information before submitting payout requests.

5. Fees and Transaction Costs

  • Network (gas) fees are displayed at checkout and deducted automatically.

  • CreatorClub.ai does not charge hidden fees beyond network and service processing costs.

  • Underpayments or overpayments may delay confirmations and trigger refund or adjustment reviews.

6. Compliance and Security

  • CreatorClub.ai complies with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC standards.

  • All creators requesting payouts must complete identity verification.

  • Transactions are monitored for suspicious activity and may be paused or canceled if fraudulent behavior is detected.

  • Wallet addresses are encrypted and stored securely.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a payment issue, users must contact support within 72 hours of the transaction.

  • Disputes will be reviewed by the compliance team using blockchain verification.

  • Verified refund cases (e.g., failed transactions) will be processed in USDT or USDC to the original sender’s address.

8. Policy Violations

Any attempt to:

  • Circumvent the platform’s crypto payment system,

  • Solicit or receive off-platform payments, or

  • Engage in fraudulent activity,

will result in account suspension or permanent ban.

9. Policy Updates

This crypto policy is subject to revision as regulations or payment partnerships evolve.
All users will be notified of major updates via email or dashboard notice.
